In Spain, the competent authorities to compile all the PRTR information from the operator/owers are the Regional Goverments. Also the Regional Goverments are the compentent authorities to review and validate the reported data by facilities. The reported direct emission to surface water are also validated by the River Basis Distric authorities (National Goverment/Regional Goverments ).
